I got my incubator setup and as long as the thermometer is accurate, the temps range from 100.2-101.8 with a 37-39% humidity. I ordered a dozen French Copper Marans eggs today so wish me luck. I have some hardware cloth to put in the bottom but I haven't gotten around to that yet. I'll do that tomorrow along with a little rearranging in there. I didn't make a very big incubator, hopefully I can get that full dozen in there. I'm also hoping one of my hens goes broody by the time they hatch so I don't have to worry about raising them. My hens (4xWelsummers) are very friendly so I'm hoping they'll leave the chicks alone if I can pawn them off on a broody hen to be raised outside. If I don't get a broody hen in the next few weeks, my friend has a broody hen and a brood house she'll loan to my chicks.

Good luck! You are going to manually turn the eggs, right?
this run I think so. When I went to get the hardware cloth I also got some 1/4" dowels that I want to place on a piece of thin wood about 4" apart as stoppers so I can rock the wood back and forth a few times a day to turn them (like a teeter totter) so I can rotate them all within 5 seconds, but until then it's 1 by 1 unfortunately.
