Incubator gone wrong

I brought a cheap Chinese incubator full automatic turbo fan but what I didn't know is when it display 37.5 on incubator screen it was actually 35.9 give or take on top of the eggs when I but a digital themoetor inside :/ please help I have raised the temp to 38.3 on screen which now reads on top of eggs 37.4 which is great BUT it is already day 4 :/ Does this mean the Embryos are already dead??

I doubt it. Keep going.

I find I cannot trust the thermometers and gauges of the equipment as it comes from the factory. I check it during a pre-hatch testing period every year. I use this to verify. Caliber III About $18 shipped off Ebay, with sharp looking.

Ok I used a digital food thermometer lol does the job. But do you think I've ruined my hatch rate when it's day 4 and only just changed the temp?

At day 4 your embryos are just starting to develop. The lower temp may have delayed them starting to develop is all--don't be freaked out if your hatch date gets pushed back a day or so.

Ok I have temperature at 37.1 on top of the eggs now which is big dif to the 38.4 on screen of the incubator.

Is ok to cradle the eggs at day 6?
