I had three eggs in the incubator two hatched yesterday the last one has been moving slightly for six hours now without a pip should I be worried????

I would candle it to see what is going on in there and to see if it has pipped internally. You'll see a shadow beak near the low side of the air cell if it has.

If you are worried and it has pipped internally you could make a safety hole. You need a sterilised fine drill bit, or screw, or even a fine pair of pointed scissors and you need to do it in the air cell well away from where you could potentially poke the chick. Right in the middle of the fat end of the egg is usually a good spot. You'll need to firmly drill it into the shell just enough to break through the shell and membrane and make a small hole. The shell is surprisingly tough so it will take a little while to work your way through it.

This is an excellent thread to read through and even though it is in the Goose forum it applies to any incubated egg:

It explains about making a safety hole and has loads of additional information.
