incubator humidity and weighing eggs

My cute little incubator shows how to track humidity by weighing the eggs, and graphing the weight reduction as the air sack gets bigger.

The graph uses the average---and when the trend-line goes off the average you can adjust the water amount. i.e they weigh too much to reduce adding water, they weigh too little you increase the water you add.

Does anyone do this? Any thoughts on the subject? Thanks.

I got my chart figured out/graphed lastnight. I will be doing this.
