Incubator humidity to high ?

I have one of the troughs on the bottom of my hova bator filled with water and the other empty its day one of incubation and BOTH of my hydrometors are reading 50% humidity how do i get it to go down ?
The temp is holding at 99.5-100.8 is the temp ok ?

The humidy seems fine mine is right around 50 it's about 46 and my temp is between 99.5 and 101

Thats just fine. even higher is ok. But just fill enter trough until 4 days before hatch tehn fill all troughs.
