That might be slightly high, but in my experience, humidity is forgiving. 50-60% might be better. Although some people do it much lower.

As was said, likely too high. Day to day it is forgiving. However, humidity is not a set number. Eggs vary in porosity, not just among species but also between eggs of the same species.
Humidity necessary will vary with elevation as well.
What you are trying to achieve is approximately 12% weight loss during the first 18 days for chicken eggs.
People often candle to determine the air cell drawdown. I rarely candle. Weighing eggs is a more precise way to provide optimum humidity for those eggs.
