anyone tried this? tell me what you found, or shoot me down
prowling through secondhand store today, I found a upside down range hood
and got to thinking -- it has a fan, it has provision for light bulbs, it's made to withstand considerable heat
what about rigging it up with thermostat, light bulbs, build a styrofoam enclosure on top, reflective insulation below it
diffuser of some sort where the warm air would vent upwards -- maybe put filled water bottles where the heat blows on them
just one of those light-bulb ideas, what do you think?
