incubator is reading 83% and theres no water in it is it wrong

my incubator has no water in it and its reading 83% what do i do??

Do you have another hygrometer you can check it with? What kind of bator is it? Is the hygrometer part of it? Digital?

could be the humidity i the room the bators in....is there a lot of water n that room?
