Incubator issues

Hi everyone,
So I just bought 2 dozen eggs, I cleaned up my incubator and turned it on only to find out that the temp and humidity gauges arent working, the incubator gets warmed up but the temp gauge stays at 32 degrees and the humidity gauge stays at 00. Is this a electric problem or is I just my incubator gauges not working properly? I ordered a thermometer that shows humidity and temp i just dont know what happened with my incubator because it was working up until i plugged it in today. Any help??

It sounds like an electric problem. Very rarely is the humidity ever 0. This sounds like a factory setting. I don’t know if you can fix it until you can call the company that makes them. Make sure you calibrate the thermometer you are gettingz
