Maybe fold up a kind of a cup that very damp and put the chick with yolk out in it?, Just to keep it from moving around too much

first of all isolate it from the others somehow, they will pick at it, do you have a small clean dish, put a papertowel in the bottom

Is your brooder set up? If you have to go in and help out the newly hatched chick, I'd take the bully out and put him in the brooder...since he likes to pick on #2 as well...imo...
