Incubator low- how low can it go?

I found out this afternoon that the incubator had been unpluged.

The eggs have been there for a little more than a week, and it droped to 74. It was like that for 1/2-1 hour, but it was going down for and hour, and up for an hour to get it 100. Do I just start over? if there is a possablilaty they may hatch, I will keep them in. If there is not, I will toss them.

Some might make it. Just let it go. They might be a little late hatching.

I would guess your hatch will be unaffected. My bator went cold for 36 hours and still had about a 40% hatch. A broody will get off for over and hour at that stage of incubation. A drop to 74 is likely not ideal but will have little or no affect on your hatch.
