Anyone have suggestions on what I can put over the wire floor in my incubator during a hatch to make the cleanup a little easier?

I am planning to try some rubber shelf-liner. It is supposed to give better traction for the chicks. It has holes in, it but not as big as the wire, so I imagine cleanup will be a bit easier. No personal experience yet, but I plan to try it based on what I have read of other people's experience.

That's the stuff. By the way, if you have a Costco membership, they have a 20 or 25ft roll for about 6 bucks. That will cover a lot of hatches even if you throw it away after each one.

That is a great idea.I know exactly the stuff you are all talking about.I'm going to pick some up tomorrow to have for my next tuesday hatch.
Thanks to you all.

I like this thread...but a question. Could one simply use paper towels instead of all that (slightly more costly but great) suggestions? Would it be good enough for the humidity to go through, and the air to circulate?

Thanks
