Incubator model question

I’m trying to find out the model of my incubator. Can’t find an image of this anywhere. It is identical to the gqf 1202 except for the switch in the first image. It is located where the auto turner switch usually is and that switch only turns the light on and off. Bought used several years ago. Maybe was modified. Trays can be turned by hand. I’d like to add an auto turner so figured I need to know the model before I order parts so I get correct parts.

I do not believe that is a GQF. Have you tried looking at the Dickey incubators?
