Incubator not here :(

Ordered a Brinsea ECO 20 last week... not here yet so i called to check on it. They didn't even have the order? ? ?

Either I goofed up or they did?

Ordered again... still no conformation in my email... hope I really ordered it this time!

I feel your pain! I ordered a genesis 1588 on Feb 7,still havent gotten it! They called 3 days later to say it was on back order, but I would get it by Valentines, well I still dont have it! I paid for fast shipping too!

I order my brinsea 20 adv. and received no order #, no shipping details, nothing! But it showed up about 5 days later.
I now have eggs in my incubator and can't wait for them to hatch. It does appear to be going well, and it was very simple to use!

I ordered my Brinsea Eco 20 on Tuesday 2-15. I was hoping it was going to arrive on Saturday 2-19. This way they'd be hatching on the weekend when I was home. But, it arrived on Monday 2-21. Mine is up and running. 6 french black copper marans and 7 easter eggers.. ewwwwwwwww that's 13 eggs..

I'm not superstitious.

I feel your pain though. Hope you get your conformation soon!

As I recall, I rec'd an email from them acknowledging my order.. then a second email from them with the tracking info on it.

I love mine so far... My first time though. Good luck!
