Incubator not rotating please help asap

Hi I have twelve bantam eggs I put them in and I realised they haven’t rotated in 12 hours I have previously hatched with the same incubator and it did rotate I need help asap

Turn the eggs yourself, or get a different incubator.

Did you turn off the turner the last time you incubated in it? If you did, you will need to manually turn it back on.
I've never seen that kind of incubator before.

I never turned anything off that I can remember I just took the rotators out

That one is quite foreign to me. We need some more detail on how it operates to help with how to fix the problem.

The light is not on the 2nd spot which looks like the turner is not on.
