INCUBATOR NOT TURNING HELP!!!

Hi I just put my 12 bantam eggs in the incubator and I realised 12 hours in that the rotators are not working so I think I’m going to have to rotate myself
So how often in hours a day do I need to rotate and how many degrees

I believe 3 times a day and about 45 degrees.

What is the style of your turner and incubator photos are great.

At least 3, always an odd number. Never the same direction.

3 or more times a day. Make sure that it is an odd number whatever number you decide. Try and calculate an even amount of times between each turning so say, once at 6:00am, 2:00pm, 10:00pm. This way there is an 8 hour interval between each turning. You can tailor it to your time though. When turning do an X on one side and an O on the other side. I also draw an hour pointing to each letter so I know which way to turn them.


Are you SURE that your egg turner isn't working? Most turn very very slowly and it's not noticeable.

Okay great photos do you have humidity guage ? Buy one off Amazon if you don't you will want it come time to hatch. You may not see the turner working it is so slow.
