Incubator problem in eggs

My eggs are at day 18 and I candle a couple and some are very small embryos like a day 8 one....what shall I do

Also since that maybe some are still young and at day 19 I know u should stop turning them should i

what sort of incubator are you using?
does it have a fan?
what is the incubator temp?
did you calibrate your thermometer?

It be honest I don't know what type it is but it's a homemade one and I have to turn the eggs...also it does not have a fan and the temp is 38.something Celsius

possiable. That is reason I use a egg carton to hatch my chicks in so the other chicks won't be able to roll the other unhatched eggs around.

no. rolling of eggs wont kill the chicks inside.

all commercial hatchers place eggs in together on their sides,

if infact they died it was for other reasons

its hard to answer with such limited information

your eggs are delayed because your temps are too low. in a non fan forced incubator you need a steady 39C

you did not indicate your thermometer and if its calibrated

you probably have cold spots as well

i am not sure they are viable. i would not put them into lockdown until the look like day 18.
