Incubator Problem

Hello everyone,

I have a Hovabator Genesis Styrofoam incubator with a digital thermostat and hydrometer. The last few hatches I have had issues with chicks getting stuck while hatching. Too little humidity.

I just set some eggs and put in a digital and a traditional hydrometer in the incubator to see if the machine is not reading right. Right now I have readings from incubator of 60%, 40% from the digital deal from Lowes, and 50% from the regular hydrometer. How in the world do I know which is right? Anyone had these issues before?
