Incubator progress chart

My first attempt at incubating eggs is now in day 7. I'm a compulsive graph and tables type of guy. Is there anything I should add to this chart? Got the days and dates listed along with the number and times of egg turnings. What other information should be on the chart. I wrote the type of eggs at the top of the form.
From suggestions recieved here this id the new schedule that includes temperature and humidity readings

Looks good.
Maybe a daily temp/humidity entry?
a candleing on day 8 or so.
In the block where you have "Do not turn" maybe a spot to note when they pip etc.
