Incubator Question

Hi all,

I was wondering if keeping an incubator in a room with occasional air conditioning will affect the temperature too much. Curious to hear what you all think. Thanks in advance.

I think it should be fine, but I don't have AC. Haven't heard of anybody having problems with incubators and air conditioning.

It depends on what type of incubator you have. Some incubators are better than others at being able to maintain a steady temperature when the room temperature flucuates.

Incubators tend to work best in a room with a stable temperature. Big temperature swings can have a major impact on how efficiently the thermostat will operate.

What kind if temperature swings are you talking about?

It depends on what type of incubator you have. The incubator must be kept between the suggested temperature ranges for the specific model.
