incubator question

I am having poor hatch rates with the Little Giant incubator with the digital thermometer and humidity. Can anyone give me advice on using this model for better results? I have staggered hatches with the later ones having problems getting out of their membranes. I always fill the water wells prior to lock down.

I found the 9300 so unreliable that I couldn't even use it as a dedicated hatcher. There are numerous threads about this model, including this one.

Are you using an independent thermometer and hygrometer? Incubator displays are often inaccurate.
