Incubator questions?

I was given by a friend a MagicFly AutoEgg Incubator and a little humility and temp thingy. Now I don’t know how to read the Metric system, I’m in the US and we use the ole imperial system. So any help? I’ve been running it for a few days with out eggs and can’t seem to get the turner to work. Without a turner it’s a deal breaker, I’m too busy and won’t remember to turn them,Lol. Would like some advice preferably by someone who knows the Metric system and/or whose used this type/ brand but I’ll welcome any help. Thanks in advance

Are you entering the metal probe into the slot on the black piece when you're closing the lid? With this model, it's impossible to see the turner work unless you stare at it for a few hours.

@Isaac 0 yes and I put fake eggs in and marked the sides, it won’t turn them.

Take a few eggs out then, you put too much in.

Yeah , I’ll do that. Glad I didn’t put in real eggs to test with lol, so now I won’t t be wasting anything. Thanks for the help
