Incubator questions?

I think my peafowl could have possibly bred, I haven't seen them actually breed but he has been displaying allot. I saw the wild peacocks display too. I am going to have to go on a wild peacock egg hunt.
OK so I am getting an incubator, I am going to be getting rather a Brinsea's Mini Eco or a Brinsea Octagon 20 Eco.
I have some quick questons...
* What tempature do I need to keep the eggs at?
* How much and how often do I need water in the bottom?
* When and how exactly do you go into lockdown with peafowl eggs?
* And whats the best hatch rate anyone has ever got?

You may not be able to fit peafowl eggs in the mini. I have an ECO 20.
