Although there was one question they didn't answer they said on the last 3 days to keep water in both pots over the devider but how often should i check it?

Since I am not very familiar with your incubator I can't say for sure BUT I would think that as long as you fill per instructions that should be enough water for the three days of lockdown.

What so if i fill both pots up on lock down it should be ok? I think i will fill it up on day 25 and then on day 28 (hatching day quickly refill it!

I have a question for you more experienced hatchers: I am on my first hatching with my cabinet incubator, and midway through with duck eggs, I candled, and afterwards, I forgot to turn the automatic egg turner switch back to automatic. They were in a straight up, pointed end down, position for 3-4 days before I realized it. I turned it back on today. They are due to go to lockdown on the 14th, and hatch day on the 17th. Have I ruined this hatch? or should I just ride it out?

Just ride it out.
As an experiment I tried hatching eggs once without turning them at all.
It was a decidedly poor hatch but some did hatch so your odds are still better than mine.
