Incubator running hot need quick advice

Well my incubator doesnt have a thermometer but I have two thermometers in the incubator that read the same. Next I'll be hatching some runner ducklings from the same father but different mothers, some welsh harlequin+runner duck mixes from a friend, some pekin ducks and some runnerx khaki campbell ducks. Really excited for all of them.
