Incubator shipping tomorrow!!!!

Jealous!! Mine left Doraville, GA at 3pm today. I am going to try for Friday night as well. My maran layed an egg today so I am excited. One question for anyone on here really.

I know to store the eggs at room temp but should I store them pointy side up?

Also do I need to turn them at all while storing?

And finally does it matter what way I put them in the bator? Pointy side up? I may not have enough to fill it so should I space them out evenly throughout?

We can start a hatch-along! Your supposed to store them pointy side down and can be stored up to 7 days before they start to lose fertility. I read on hear that when you store them to turn them twice a day, I think. There are two ways to put them in the incubator. Either laying down or pointy side down.
I don't know about the last question. My won't be full, in fact there will only be 4 eggs in there because peafowl lay every other day so you can only get 4 eggs at a time before they start to lose fertility after 7 days.

Hope this helps!

I want to hatch a white one too, but I don't have a white male. The closet thing I have come to a white is an India blue pied.

Do you ever sell fertile PEacock eggs?

My Brinsea has arrived in my state. It landed in Baltimore Md at 2:46 this afternoon. My UPS delivers later in the afternoon so I should be holing my new incubator by tomorrow afternoon. I may even post a pic of my hugging my new Brinsea

Oh and I was planning on hatching with you guys anyways! I thought we had agreed on it earlier! I have them all pointy side up now and haven't turned the ones from yesterday. If I start turning them now will I be ok?? Also do I turn them from pointy side down to pointy side up??
