Hello all, I am going to be incubating my first duck eggs and I am having an issue with temp.
I'm using an older (1970s) Marsh Turn-X incubator. I know it works because I've been successful in the past with chicken eggs. I'm trying to get it tuned to the right temp/humidity - I'm using a brand new digital hygrometer/thermometer, but I noticed there's a 2-degree discrepancy between it and the analog thermometer the incubator came with.
Is there one I should trust over the other or another solution you might suggest?
