on temps its best not to exceed 101. humidity sounds good. its better for the temp to drop, when it does the chicks kick inside the egg, building muscles that help with hatch and overall survival. a lot of people, including me will open the door for a few minutes a day. the cooling helps and the extra boost in oxygen couldn't hurt them any. the maiden run is always scary, most people overthink it. if your thermometer is accurate, you don't have 4 hours of 108*, and it never drops below 90* you will be just fine. your humidity is bordering the high mark, i do better when i run at about 45%, but that could just be me.
if your eggs are bantams, they may start hatching on day 19. this is normal, anything earlier means your temp is to hot. they should be done in 22 days, any longer and it was to cold.
on standard fowl earlier than day 20 and after day 23. keep in mind some will be slower than others, and they have enough food to get by for about 3 days built in. you will probably have to open your incubator during lockdown to add water, if you do mist the eggs very lightly with water close to hatch temp.
