Incubator Temp

I have a temperature of 106 in the incubator and nomatter how I turn the Knob the temperature does not change. Is there a way that I can lower the Temperature?

Need some info. What kind of bator and what are you using for the thermostat?

Im using a Little Giant with a digital thermometer that reads 106 and 48% humidity.
