Incubator tempature

My incubator inside hydrometer/thermostat reading is not 37.5 like it should be. It’s reading 34.1. Should I up there temperature on the incubator?

Do you have a separate thermometer & hydrometer inside the incubator? A lot of times the incubator readings can be faulty

Also what type of incubator do you have?

Jonelle 12 incubator and the hydrometer is a hydro and thermometer. I’m on day 2 of incubating and I just put another thermometer in there. I did turn up the incubator and the inside temp did go up on the inside temp/hydrometer.

Ok. If both hydrometers and thermostats said relatively the same thing, turning the temp up a bit was a good idea. Best of luck with hatching!
