Approximate incubator dimensions 30 inch tall , 24 inch wide and 18 inch deep, excluding top shelf and false back.

I got fan blowing across a light bulb towards the front. The temperature on my first rack is 37.7c near the door and 37.4c at the center while the rack below is 36.8c at the center.

Is my fan not strong enough? It's a 0.15a pc fan but I used 3 of them.

Any advice will be appreciated!

I think you should be just fine. The difference is small, and take into consideration,,, In nature, a hen does her best, and some of those eggs slightly to the edge, are slightly cooler than those directly beneath in center of hen.

What do you use to control the temperature?? and what about your humidity?

Thanks for the reply!

I moved the controller probe to the center of the first row on the first rack in the front last night and now the temperature is more stabilized with a 0.3c variance.

The temperature seems to just differs from front to back rather than from top to bot which seems weird.

I control temperature with the thermostats that I always hatch with and I use another one with 2 probes to move around to test temperature. I haven't calibrated it but I always hatch regular quail with 37.5c and they hatch within day 16-17.

For humidity, I just use dry hatch method but always get like 15 out of 130 that dies on last few days.
