Incubator Temperature Question

I just got a maticoopx incubator and am doing my first hatch with it.

I have two thermometers placed in different spots in the incubator.

One reads 99.5 and the other reads 98.8, but to get to these temperatures I had to set the incubator itself as 101.

Should I keep the incubator at this temperature and just look at the thermometers I put in there or should I lower the actual incubator temperature back down to 99.5 regardless of what my thermometers say?

I guess that depends on if the thermometers are accurate

I have 4 different thermometers/hydrometers, two are govee, two are from TSC, they all four are pretty close, the TSC ones don’t have a decimal.
I lay my thermometers on the turning racks, get the temperature I want. 99.5, I put the eggs in and set the thermometer on top of the eggs and test it, it’s always a little different, I calibrate by what it reads on top of the eggs, I have really good hatches.
I have had the problem of one side reading different from the other with NR 360 and the maticoopx.
