Hi I have a mini intelligent incubator and it’s day 16 and the temperature has been at 38.0 because it’s automatically and stops at 38.0 but the last couple of days it’s been going up and down please help reply asap

How much is it going up and down? If it's staying within 36.5-39 it's not likely to be a problem, just make sure you're rotating your eggs to keep them out of hold/cold spots.
If it's spiking above that range, that's a big problem, as high temperature can kill embryos quickly.
If it's dropping, that's more complicated. Losing heat for as much as an hour a day isn't necessarily a problem for developing eggs, that's what happens in nature when a broody hen gets up to eat. Even a longer drop isn't always a big deal, as long as the eggs are spending most of their incubation as the correct temperature. But if your incubator is consistently running cool, you'll affect development in some serious ways and even if the embryos aren't quitting immediately, it will affect your hatch rate in the end.

I assume this is a still air incubator, so 38 to 38.2 is ok, 39 is too hot for longer periods of time. As long as the average heat has been ok. Has your room temperature changed any? Or do you think the machine is doing it. Sometimes they take quite a while to reach temperature again, if you've opened it for some reason. Where is the thermometer? And yes with still air, you have to move those eggs around. I learned that the hard way.

But it’s automatic it stops at 38.0 but it keeps going to 37.9 to 38.0 to 38.1 and keeps doing that

Hi again when I Candle my eggs the only thing I can see is tiny little spots inside and when I move it the yoke moves and it’s day 17 is it still alive please help reply asap

A ring means it was developing but died at some point. If you can see the yolk at day 17 then I'm afraid that's not good news either. The egg should be quite dark, with veins visible in the light parts.

Going up and down like that is just the heating element turning on and off, shouldn't be a problem. Did you check your incubator against another thermometer, one you can calibrate?

No not inside on the outside of the shell I don’t now if it’s the design of the incubator it sits on but I am going to candle it again Today in the night and I’ll send a photo and a photo of the ring

hi but the veins haven’t show yet but we could see it moving and the spots were like red and we could see something in the middle
