OK, I have made an incubator out of a Wine Cooler with a glass door, used a hot water heater thermostat and a light buld for heat, I have it set, near were it should be.. The light turns off right at 102.0 it takes a few & then turns back on at 100.0, Will that be ok? I am still trying to set it a tad bit lower & I will run it for a few days, I plan on using it for lock down on sunday.
What are your readings low & high for heat to come on & go off? I will be posting pics later once i up load them.

ok after tinkering with it i can get the light/heat to come on at 99.1 and the light/heat to go off at 100.7
Fan runs non stop
all in all I think I spent about 50.00 to make it
Pic's tonight

If it were me I'd try to have it come on at 99.5 and go off at 100.5 if you think you can set it that fine. Or as close to that as you can get it.

Wow - what a cool set up!

I think you will be fine with those temps - but then I've yet to incubate any - just built the bater & was planning to set some in Jan.
