Hello!
My duck just hatched, and I am wondering, when I should move it from the incubator into the brooder? Also, when can I hold it, and play with it? And, at what age can I start letting it swim? Thanks!

I move mine into the Brooder onto paper towels once dry I have a mirror hung up too. I don't handle them much the first 24 hours once in the Brooder. They can swim at around 3 days old in shallow water and only about 10 minutes and then back into the Brooder to preen and get the oil gland working...

Ok, thank you!
