Incubator Vs. Hatcher

I just got a Leahy incubator that holds about 500 eggs,that I am super excited about, and I was wondering if I have to have a seprate hatcher? I know the lady that we bought some cochins from has one that holds 1300 eggs and she doesn't have a seprate hatcher. I was thinking when they get ready to hatch I could put them on the bottom shelves.

Your correct, no need for the hatcher...If you set your eggs by marking dates on them with pencil you will know when they need to stop turning and moved to the bottom to hatch in the next three days.
