Incubator Wanted <Oregon>

Ok Befor I go spend 60-70 on a little tabletop still air around where I live I just wanted to make shure that no one here has one I could rent or buy for 30-40 and I would pay shipping of course..
I had to ask just in case. I live in Oregon.
