so i purchased the hovabator 1588 and it should be coming in tomorrow has anybody delt with this company before or the incubator i need opinions thankyou

I haven't bought an incubator from them but I've bought components for my DIY incubator. Their service is excellent and they stand behind the products they sell. When you call them sometimes you get voice mail but they are real quick to return calls. What else did you want to know ? Good luck with your Hoverbator.
