Incubator without fan

So I have a little giant egg incubator and I have an egg turner for it but no fan. I am not sure what temperature to have it at since the eggs are positioned differently when you don't have an egg turner. Can someone please help? thanks!

Maintain an average temp of 100.5 or install a fan in it.
