It's day 12 of my quail being in the incubator and one egg has burst and spread contents on the floor and stunk. Will this affect the rest of the hatch? I've removed the egg and done my best to wipe up the mess. Some of it went on the egg next to it. But I'm wondering if all my eggs will be ruined?
And advice please? !

i think they will survive if you've washed it all off you could make sure you've wipe'd it all away and then you could candle the eggs to see if they're unfertile/dead so that it doesn't happen again they should survive

Thanks Blackdust . I did my best but some was glued onto one egg and I thought I may break it if I continued to scrape away at it. The air in the incubator was really stinky, so I was concerned about that too.

OK so I thought I'd update you all. I got a hatch rate of 70%, and had 3 chicks that seem to have died the time I opened up the incubator to remove the bad egg. Not sure if opening it up was the problem. But the egg that was covered in nasty stuff that was besides the broken egg hatched first! A lovely large healthy chick. The eggs had been posted and arrived damaged, but even some of those that had been covered in egg white, and cleaned did manage to hatch!
