Incubator won’t heat up

My daughter bought me 2 of these 112 egg incubators for my bday.
I assembled and plugged in the first one yesterday.
It’s been running the whole time. This afternoon I checked and the lcd screen has been displaying FAN and not the temp.
I read and reread the manual.
I unpacked and swapped out the top with the other new incubator.
Excitedly I see the lcd display the temp….. and then switched to FAN.

and there is no contact info on the manual.
I’ve watched a ton of YouTube videos and searched every possible word combo to find my particular problem to no avail.

The best thing to do is to return them....
They are Chinese made junk, I'm sorry to say. They are called "chick killers".
