Incubator Won't Hold Temp

I have a styrafoam Little Giant still air, and I can't get the temp to stay anywhere near the same.

It is bouncing arond between 100.2 and 104.3. Oh, and should I use the thermometer that came with it or my didgital one? Thanks

I had the worst time with this incubator and I don't think I'll ever use it again. However, some people have said they had good hatches...so who knows. I would use both thermometers, that way you can get a better idea of the temp. I had two thermometers in mine. The digital was reading about 3 degrees different from the one that came with it.
