I did get an email back on the tophatch, they said they sold all their chickens before he was able to use the bator.

I think he does and no, I have ZERO money to get a bator right now.

Thanks for the info! You rock!! I may have to get it if I can sneak it past my hubby. He thinks I'm nuts with all of my chicken stuff. I personally think I've found my calling in life. Who'd have guessed it!!

Oh heck, if you can get it, it would save you about $80. They're (I think) $177 at Cutlers Supply. Well, let us know if you get ahold of her/him.

And yes, I know how you feel about your babies, they are the coolest aren't they

. LOL Love my kiddos, but the chooks have a special place in my heart!

Still haven't heard back about the bators, trying to be patient.

I'll keep you posted. I'd love to start hatching my own eggs.

I just finished up doing a little backyard chickens class for some homeschoolers. I have another group coming over next week. At least I'm putting my new found talent to good use!
