Yes it certainly is. 21 days is not set in stone for hatching. If your incubator has been running slightly low on temp that could delay hatch. Did you double check your temps with another thermometer?

on the typical generic day counter, press 'set' ...press set again until it says 'day' then adjust up/down until it is indicating the day you are on, or zero to start fresh, then wait until it exit setup, power off then back on ..
