has anyone ever heard of or used a "miller mfg. 9200 " incubator? local feed store has one for 60$ and was going to try to hatch some eggs for the first time.

I think Miller is just a different name for a Little Giant incubator.

Here is a good thread on LG (Little Giant) incubators, with a lot of good information and tips for LG owners. They are manufactured by Miller. I have an LG. I have had many successful hatches in it. I have a cabinet incubator now I incubate in but I still use my LG as a hatcher.

IF U ARE A FIRST TIME HATCHER DO NOT GET THE LITTLE GIANT!!
i had a horrible time with it. failed hatches all the time!
*it dont keep a steady temp.
*really hard to adjust
*hard to adjust humidity
*takes along time to get to the right temp

IF U DO GET IT
i recommend buying
*a humidity reader
*another themometer
*or a digital themomerter with a humidity reader in it.

after i bought the themometer/humidity reader i never had a problem with it.

but lots of people dont have problems with them. i just know there difficult bators.
i use a differnt bator and use the LG as a hatcher.

THIS IS JUST MY OPINION
others think differntly im sure

i only spent $45 on mine at Tractor Supply
