incubator?

A friend of mine has had a good hatch rate for goose eggs using a HovaBator Genesis 1588 Incubator, which can be purchased for around $200. You can see one along with the goose egg racks at http://incubatorwarehouse.com/hova-bator-genesis-1588-deluxe-kit.html.

I think you'll be very happy with it. Unlike my friend, I've never hatched goose eggs with one, but I hatched plenty of chicken egg with it and always had a good hatch rate. Good luck with your hatching.
