What do you do with so many chickens? Do you sell them after they hatch! If I keep incubating I will have to star selling

that will be hard! But it's an addiction, so what can I do!

Perhaps take in eggs to hatch for others. OR have people prepay and set for those customers.

I have customers that will buy the butchered Roos so when the cockerels leave the brooder they go in tractors. I raise the pullets to 16 to 18 weeks and sell them. Those also go in tractors .

I need to sell more though. I always have a few that I just have to keep, or a few that the wife wants to keep.

that's what i like about the swaps. i get an assortment of things i can sell at the swaps.

Yeah, come this fall I will have a lot better assortment of eggs to swap. Right now as chicks I have Buff orps and delawares and I also have guineas and mf duccles in the bator right now.

well, one guinea decided to be the 'early bird' hatching 2 days early. my cochins on the other hand, are taking their sweet time. one's pipped so far.

My guineas tend to always be early.
