Day 21...1 pip and 1 tapping and chirping. hopefully soon I'll have 2 seramas. the best b-day present yet.

Of my scrambled in the post eggs, I am down to 3 of 12 on day 20. One has pipped, one is wiggling and chirping, the third is still and silent for now!

Thanks guys!!! and yes it was the advance, but I hand turned because I started with 9 eggs and the turner only holds 7...by the time I went to lockdown I was down to my 7 but didn't bother putting it back in! So I had 11 eggs shipped to me..2 got mooshed in transit...9 went into my bator...7 went into lockdown and 7 CHICKIES CAME OUT!! (sorry, have just had some super crappy hatches so I'm pretty giddy and keep repeating myself! hahaha)

Lol! I'm having a really bad hatch, and want to do it again to prove I can do better next time. I already have the eggs waiting to go in just as soon as these 3 clear out into the brooder!!

Next week? My staggered hatch will be going through the end of the month. But you do have a point, I defiantly need to find a year round egg vender. Maybe next time I'll try those chickens with the purple eggs. Does anyone know what they're called
