If I understand correctly you have chicken bantam eggs hatching today and duck eggs not due for 2 weeks. You could use the turner for the duck eggs and then just have the chicken eggs off to the side but I would put some kind of a divider up so the chickens can't get to the area where the turner is active. I would worry they would get their legs stuck in the turner. Losing a little humidity wouldn't be a problem because 75 is a little high for hatching. Usually for chicken eggs you run about 60 to 65. Even if you lay the eggs down they will still move into their air sacs but I definitely wouldn't wait any longer. You could also take out the tray altogether and just manually turn the duck eggs while the others are hatching as well. Just make sure that whatever you do is quick and that you don't leave the lid off too long so your temp drops.
lowering humditiy now but this is hovabator 1602 the plastic linings are a bit tight on the egss how will they roll around till they can get to their air sac

those little lines on the floor the eggs are between those trying to find better pics.

The only thing I worry about with the bedding is that it would absorb to much humidity, I think I got it now!! Okay so it looks like you can take out trays of "egg holders" right? So take them out where the chicken eggs are and then there are those plastic lines right? So due you have a really thin piece of cloth? Cheesecloth maybe? Even perhaps a thin material shirt? You could lay that over the liners. I am really guessing here but if it's clean I don't think it would hurt.

A lot of people put their eggs in egg cartons and they don't roll around at all. Those people still have fine hatches. I wouldn't be worried. I have more issues when my eggs roll around and cover over the holes the babies have made than when I put them in something so they can't roll.
