his golf bag is modified to hold the eggs and because of the size/weight has to be hand loaded, and with the golf clubs being metal, it can't be xrayed.
smart idea.

I think if you look in his sig about 'getting the flock out of here' you'll find out what he does with them all

that bator is smaller than mine. how do you turn them double stacked? I would be worried they would slip off. that has to be a canceling nightmare with the double stacking.

hum lets see mine holds 540 eggs without double stacking and so that would 1080 if I had to do that......not going to happen. I freak out every time I set 180....like I did Sunday.

The pink and white trays hold 48 eggs. If filled single stacked I can fit 576 large fowl eggs in it. The darker blue trays hold 59 pheasant/chuckar/banty eggs. The light blue hold 124 quail eggs.I only have two quail trails so I used a turner for the extra 80.

They are designed to stack eggs with a good gap in between. I suffer high humidity so having a decent breeze in the bator is not an issue and there are four fans that pull the air across the eggs as well as fans to move the air from top to bottom.

The trays work well with turning. They provide good support for the eggs individually and there is minimal obstruction of the egg's surface area from the plastic. There are 4-6 legs on them that interlock with the tray below.

I would not encourage stacking more than two high inside a bator.
